Dr Kuo received his Ph.D. degree from National Cheng Kung University in 1996. Now, he is not only a professor but also the director in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Yunlin University of Science & Technology. His research interests include IoT security, cryptography, network security and steganography.
