Shawn Riley heads the CSCIS Cyber Science Directorate and is an expert in cyber attack analysis. Shawn’s passion and drive is about helping the people conducting cyber defense to advance their tradecraft knowledge. Shawn focuses on sharing knowledge about cybersecurity science, cyber attack analysis, and cyber threat intelligence with the international community.
Shawn has more than 2 decades of cybersecurity, CNO, and cyber threat intelligence experience within the defense and intelligence community. Shawn has been recognized as a Senior Fellow by Lockheed Martin and as a Cybercrime expert by the UK Government. Shawn also has a passion for research aimed at helping the people and organizations conducting cyber defense to be more effective and efficient.
